Coming up quite soon, our next Lammas Labyrinth Gathering at Le Chalet Crepuscule, my sculpture garden in progress nestled in the forests of the Ardennes, Belgium -9th to 11th August ’24.

Hedera as Clotho, the Spinner of the Three Fates, in the Lammas Labyrinth 2023.
She gives participants their Thread of Fate and bids them spin Her Wheel.
Where the torch stops in relation to the Pentagram below determines which elemental path they take through the maze…

We have expanded this year’s Lammas Gathering with a full program of workshops, rituals and performances in addition to the interactive Labyrinth installation journey itself:

Musical Performers from Ireland –KÖPRÜ experimental ensemble- and Portugal –Anima Mundi– and clay body arts in interaction with new sculptures on the land…

Orryelle and Myrgon (Greece) performing with clay
at ‘MusicMagicMyth II -The Rites of Spring, La Briche, France, May ’24

Guided by the Three Fates and the messengers Hermes and Iris, participants meander through elemental mazes, hearing various live instruments according to the element they have spun upon the Wheel, and interacting with mythic characters along the winding Way of webs woven through the woods…

NEW LIMITED SIGNED PRINT: DIONYSOS

Although this oil painting was completed and sold last year, it has taken quite a while to get the perfect image (a composite of several different photos to avoid glare etc.) of it to create a print that would do it justice. It is now available, limited to 44 signed and numbered copies only, HERE:

And finally (a lot of news this time!), Orryelle and Melissa Shemanna are planning an Exhibition together at the atmospheric Crypt Gallery in St Pancras, London. It’s a fantastic space (an actual converted crypt beneath an old church) so to facilitate the opportunity we created this gofundme page:

Very grateful to have now raised most of the Gallery Hire fees, but we still need some help to promote well (London can be tricky), frame, print etc. so if you can make a small donation (they all add up!) please do so, and/or share the link above. Many Thanks!

More about the show itself soon…
